What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you buy now, and receive your product in a few months. Why? Mirage is a first-of-its-kind product that requires a lot of funding to get made.

Where is my Mirage being manufactured?

Mirage parts are manufactured all over the world. The design, final inspection, and (hopefully) the assembly all happen right here in the USA. Our goal is within a few years to be doing every part of the process domestically.

What materials is The Mirage made from?

The Mirage is more than just a timepiece—it’s a daily source of inspiration. Crafted from premium Oak and Olive wood, it features Bible verse playback, a modern LED display, and high-quality craftsmanship that blends faith and functionality.

How do I control Mirage in Bluetooth mode?

Any frequency generator app on the Apple App or Google Play Store will do! These allow you to explore a massive range of frequencies and see the impact of adjusting the volume.

You can also play music - while it won't be an incredible audio experience, it can be very visually interesting! Some songs align perfectly with the resonance of mirage's plate.

What power source does Mirage use?

Mirage is USB-C powered. This allows you to use longer cables and any power brick you might have around your house.

Mirage ships with 1 USB-C cable. Our customers have let us know that they're got plenty of power bricks, so we've decided it's best to not pollute the world with more.

If you're looking for more, any USB-C brick and cable off Amazon will do just fine!

What is the return and warranty policy?

Just like any purchase, you can ask for a full refund at any time before shipping, or up to 30 days after shipping, no questions asked.

Once your Mirage is received, you'll be covered with a 1-year manufacturers warranty. This covers anything that is a fault of manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear and tear that happens after your device is used.
